NSW: ALP rorting allegations will be superseded: Beazley

Federal opposition leader KIM BEAZLEY says the public will soon re-focus its attention
away from rorting allegations and back to issues such as petrol prices and the quality
of schools.

Mr BEAZLEY says the electoral rorting allegations in Queensland, that have spread to
the national level implicating Labor frontbencher WAYNE SWAN, will soon be superseded
in the headlines.

But he says that doesn't mean the ALP is being complacent.

According to Mr BEAZLEY, the electorate is more concerned about petrol prices and the
quality of public schools and hospitals.
